Terms of Service — MatrixTV

Welcome to MatrixTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://matrixtv.us ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

MatrixTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you order.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the United States, to hold an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and payment

MatrixTV offers subscription terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for all plans are published on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout.

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are activated immediately once payment is confirmed.
  • Payments are processed securely. MatrixTV does not store payment card details.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless this is explicitly agreed at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, we cannot offer refunds after credentials have been issued.

  • No refunds are issued after account activation.
  • Exceptions apply only where: (a) a verified service outage exceeds 72 consecutive hours, in which case a pro-rata credit may be issued; or (b) a duplicate charge is confirmed, which is refunded in full.
  • Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
  • Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protection or authentication systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable law in the United States or elsewhere.
  • Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Breaching these terms results in immediate account termination without refund. Legitimate resale is available only through our approved reseller program.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is intended for use with the IBO Player application; MatrixTV does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service availability

MatrixTV works to maintain 99.9% uptime. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where possible
  • Unplanned technical faults
  • Disruption at third-party content providers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

MatrixTV is not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — including live channels, on-demand titles, logos and EPG data — remains the property of the respective rights holders and licensors. MatrixTV claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The MatrixTV name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATRIXTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the courts of the United States.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published at https://matrixtv.us/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
