Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Our content licensing position

MatrixTV operates as a lawful reseller of IPTV subscription services. We do not host, store or originate any of the content delivered through the Service. All channels and on-demand titles are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors. We are committed to running our operations in a way that respects applicable copyright law. Our broader commitments are described on the about page.

2. Reporting copyright infringement (takedown notice)

If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe that content accessible through https://matrixtv.us infringes that copyright, you may send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include all of the following

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the work you say has been infringed. Where several works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
  2. Identification of the infringing material. The specific URL or enough information for us to locate the material in question.
  3. Your contact information. Full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A good faith statement. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. An accuracy statement. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. A signature. Physical or electronic.

Send your notice to:
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice — matrixtv.us

We acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the material identified and notifying the relevant content provider.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to [email protected].

Your counter-notice must include

  1. Identification of the removed material, including a description, the URL and where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
  5. A signature, physical or electronic.

On receiving a valid counter-notification we forward it to the original complainant. If they do not commence a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.

4. Repeat infringer policy

MatrixTV maintains a strict policy on repeat infringement. In line with the DMCA and applicable law in the United States:

  • Accounts that attract multiple valid infringement notices are reviewed.
  • We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions belonging to determined repeat infringers.
  • Termination for repeat infringement does not entitle the subscriber to a refund, as set out in our terms of service.

5. Misuse of the DMCA process

Filing a false takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and equivalent legislation, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
