Pricing & Subscription FAQ
Yes, at any point. Message the support desk, tell us which package you want, and the days still left on your present term come straight off the price of the new one. Nothing is wasted and your credentials stay the same.
Nothing renews automatically unless you specifically ask us to arrange it. When your term is nearly up we send a reminder, and you can pay again from this page or over WhatsApp. Renewing before expiry keeps your existing line active with no interruption.
Because demo accounts are almost always served from a separate, throttled server and give a false impression in both directions. The $8.99 intro month puts you on the production network with the complete channel list, which is the only honest way to evaluate a provider.
Payments are processed over TLS by established providers and MatrixTV never stores card numbers. Details of what we do keep and for how long are set out in our privacy policy.
Accounts are activated immediately, so sales are final once credentials are delivered. We do make exceptions for verified outages longer than 72 consecutive hours and for duplicate charges — the full detail is in our refund policy.
