Service & Getting Started
IPTV means Internet Protocol Television. Channels reach you over your normal broadband connection instead of a satellite dish or a coaxial cable feed. MatrixTV maintains load-balanced servers that deliver 22,000+ live channels and 120,000+ on-demand titles to the IBO Player app on your device.
New customers can take their first month for $8.99 instead of the usual $12.99. It is the complete production service with every channel, every on-demand title and the same support desk. Nothing renews automatically at the end of the month.
Test accounts are usually served from separate throttled servers, so they tell you very little about the real service in either direction. The $8.99 intro month puts you on the production network with the full channel list, which is a far more honest way to evaluate a provider.
Credentials are generated as soon as payment clears, usually within five minutes. They arrive in your WhatsApp thread, alongside installation notes matched to the device named on your order.
Devices & Installation
Amazon Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube, Android TV boxes and phones, Samsung and LG smart TVs, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Windows PCs and Macs, and MAG or Enigma2 set-top boxes. All of them run the IBO Player application — the setup guide covers each platform.
One device per subscription. You may move the subscription between devices as often as you like by re-registering the new hardware, but two screens cannot stream simultaneously on a single account.
No. Our routing is stable on ordinary US home broadband without one. If you prefer to run a VPN for privacy reasons the service works normally behind it.
About 10 Mbps for reliable HD, 25 Mbps for comfortable 4K on a single stream. Adaptive delivery drops the bitrate automatically if your line dips, so a slow evening means a softer picture rather than a frozen one.
Billing, Plans & Refunds
Yes. Message support, choose a longer term, and whatever time remains on the plan you are holding is discounted off the new invoice. Your login details stay exactly the same. All five terms are listed on the pricing page.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, ACH bank transfer, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, Skrill, Ria, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and Binance Pay. Crypto payments take an extra five percent off any plan.
Only if you ask us to arrange it. By default nothing recurs: we send a reminder as your term ends and you renew manually if you want to continue. Renewing before expiry keeps the same line alive with no gap in service.
Accounts activate immediately, so purchases are final once credentials have been delivered. We make exceptions for verified outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, which earn a pro-rata credit, and for duplicate charges, which are refunded in full. The detail is in our refund policy.
Channels, Reliability & Legal
Our monitoring usually pulls a failing feed before subscribers notice. If you spot one, send the channel name to support over WhatsApp and we will route you to a backup feed while the source is restored.
Ask and we will look. Regional US affiliates and diaspora networks are added regularly on subscriber request. The current groups are listed on the channels page.
Seven days on supported channels. Open the program guide, scroll back to the slot you missed and press play. Coverage varies by network, so not every feed carries the full window.
MatrixTV resells internationally distributed streaming packages and hosts no content itself. Meeting the broadcasting and copyright regulations of your own state remains your responsibility as the viewer. Rights holders can reach us through our DMCA policy page.
